Our New Years tradition is to build a roaring fire in the fireplace. We write our problems on a piece of paper and, at the stroke of midnight on December 30, toss them into the fire! All the problems go up in smoke, disappearing with the old year. If you want to get rid of your problems, concerns, nagging thoughts or bad habits, send them to me by 12/31. They will remain in a sealed envelope, on top of the mantle, until the stroke of midnight, when they'll be thrown into the fire! Mark the envelope "New Year Tradition.
